A quick onboarding walkthrough for new merchants.

This tutorial follows the main merchant setup path from installation to first approval decision.

1. Install and open the app

Install B2B Customer Gate on a store that has the Shopify Online Store sales channel enabled, then open the embedded app inside Shopify admin.

2. Configure approval and storefront behavior

Open Main Settings and choose how you want to treat guests and unapproved customers. Save your approval tags, storefront visibility, and registration labels.

3. Publish theme app embeds

Go to Publish to Themes, open the theme editor, and enable the Cart Gate and Price Gate app embeds on the active theme.

4. Set up the registration form

Use the Registration Form screen to adjust fields, labels, and styling for your wholesale signup experience.

5. Review new customers

Open Customers Management to review pending records, approve or decline signups, and confirm that approval tags and internal notes match your workflow.

6. Add optional email delivery

If you want approval or decline notifications, open Email Settings and add merchant-owned SMTP credentials before testing notifications.
